SAEGERTOWN - Larry L. Beuchat, 82 of Saegertown, passed away, Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the Crawford County Care Center. He was born on August 27, 1935, son of the late Floyd and Treva Walton Beuchat. He married Joyce Rouchey on her 21st birthday, May 10, 1961 and would have celebrated 57 years today. Larry served in the United States Air Force from 1955 - 1959 in the Korean War. He was a member of the Air Force fire department where he did crash and rescue. Larry was a car enthusiast, he would buy old muscle cars from down south and restore them. He worked for many body shops in the Meadville area until 1970, when he opened his own body shop, Larry's Auto Body and later added a towing service. He had a passion for mowing and brush hogging the fields and any other yard work. In his younger years he had a farm and enjoyed snow mobiling and riding motorcycles with his wife, Joyce. Larry loved his family and his little dog Bentley. Survivors include, his beloved wife of 56 years, Joyce Beuchat; his daughter, Renee Kirk and her husband Barry; two sons, Brian Beuchat and his wife Cheryl; and Ted Beuchat all of Saegertown; grandchildren, Brandon & Mikayla Beuchat; Jordan, Shelby, Bryce and Elizabeth Kirk and Kerrington Keas; also one great grandchild due in June; his siblings, Barbara, Glenn and Clyde; sister-in-law Mary Jane Wood, his dog, Bentley and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in passing by his first wife, Marie Brown Beuchat; brothers, Robert, Gaylord, Neil, Paul and Gary; sisters, Donna, Betty, Nancy and Eva; his mother and father in law, Ted and Phyllis Rouchey; nephew Mark Wood and brother-in-law Robert Wood, Sr.. Friends and family are invited to call the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 12:00 P.M.. Burial will be private and take place at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901, or to the Yolanda G.
