Kelly Sue Tarr

Kelly Sue Tarr went to be with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. She was born on April 15, 1964 in Franklin, PA to the late Clarence and Karen (Manross) Tarr. She is survived by her daughters Jess Sweitzer and Luci Sweitzer; her son Andrew Munshower and his partner, Angel Sampson; her adopted daughters Kimberly Drakulic and her husband, Karl, and Anna Wonderling; her grandchildren Hope Bolen and her husband, Jeremiah, John Munshower, Faith Munshower, Taylor Webb Jr., Jaxson Bennett, Breonna Lewis, Nicholas Lewis Jr., Kristina Munshower, Douglas Munshower and Ethan McFadden; her brothers James Oakes and Jared Oakes and his wife, Jill; her sister-in-law, DeeDee Tarr; her step-mothers Joyce Tarr; and may nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Blaine Tarr and many aunts and uncles. Kelly was kind to all she met. She would give you the shirt off her back. She loved the holidays, especially the lights at Christmas time. She loved to camp and being with friends and family but most especially loved being with her grandchildren. The family would like to thank all the staff at Embassy and Hospice of Crawford County for all the wonderful care they gave her in the last days of her life. A celebration of Kelly's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements for Kelly are under the care of the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
