Juanita June Caldwell

Juanita "Nita" June Reed Caldwell, 78, of Corry, passed away, Saturday, February 27, 2021 at UPMC Hamot. She was born on November 24, 1942 in Warren, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Paul and Vivian York Reed. She married John Caldwell. She was a graduate of Youngsville High School. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Caldwell; a son, William John in infancy; a brother, Richard Reed and two son in laws, Joseph Myers and Fredrick Carter. She is survived by her children, Becky Carter and her companion, John, Robbie Haehn and his wife, Kim; Rodney Haehn; Peggy Cornell and her husband, Dwayne, Verna Caldwell, Tonya Prentice and her husband, Jeff and Amy Caldwell and her companion, Josh; two brothers, Paul Reed II and his wife, Carol and Daniel Reed and his wife, Kemthong; a sister, Shirley Petty and her husband, David; a sister in law, Donna Reed; her best friend sister, Carol Scouten; twelve grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Nita volunteered many years at the Corry Salvation Army. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nita's memory may be made to the Corry Salvation Army, 127 W. Washington Street, Corry, Pennsylvania 16407, or to the charity of the donor's choice. Thank you to all the Davida nurses from Corry for their excellent care over the years.
