John C. Heath

John C. Heath, Jr., 89, of Townville, passed away, Monday, December 23, 2019 at AristaCare at Park Avenue.  He was born in Elizabeth, PA on January 18, 1930, son of the late John C. Heath, Sr. and Elizabeth Zeh Heath.   John enjoyed hunting, fishing, making maple syrup, gardening and going to auctions, his biggest passion was his family farm.   Survivors include his two sons, David Heath and his wife Deanna of Guys Mills; and Barry Heath and his wife Sherry of Townville; two grandchildren, Jenny Leonhart and her husband Ben and Jeremy Heath and his companion Alicia; three great grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan and Nora Leonhart; his former wife and close friend, Shirley Heath and many nieces and nephews.   John was preceded in death by his brother Jim Heath and his sister Jean Douglas.   The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of AseraCare Hospice for their loving care that the provided to John over the past year, he especially enjoyed his daily visits with Sheila.   Friends and family are invited to call the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 33353 N. Main Street, Townville, PA 16360, on Friday, December 28, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 6:30 P.M..   Burial will take place at Kingsley Cemetery.
