Our family only had the opportunity to know Jerry for a few years since becoming his neighbor but we loved living beside him! He was so kind to our children, which we really appreciated! He will be deeply missed by our family! We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Bossard family, Jerry (as I knew him) was a wonderful man…I first met him at Sam’s restaurant back in the 70’s when I was a waitress. He was always friendly and happy.
I saw him in the last month at Wal-Mart and he was just as kind and friendly, I even think he knew me….with all the people he met threw the years, I was impressed– but that was Jerry.
sympathy to all. Keep the good memories !!!!!
Brad and Family,
Please accept our heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your Father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to read about the loss of another member of the greatest generation. Jerry was so special in the way he treated you as an individual, so kind, so helpful, and somewhat fatherly. He raised his two sons to inherit these values of honesty, integrity and fairness. There is a another place for men of this character and rest assured that Jerry is there. To Brad and Bill, never forget the things your father taught you, as reflection is now all that you have. I wish the entire family, be well.
Dear Bill, Brad, Christa,Chelby, Darrell, Michael and Families,
Please know we are thinking of all of you. Was shocked and saddened by the news of your Dad and Grandfather Jerrys passing .
I feel bad we are still in Fla. or we would be at the service for him Tues. . But we will be with you in thought.
Sincerely,
Lou & Marilyn
When my dad, Donald Bishop, was Townville High School Basketball Coach, I used to love to watch Jerry play Basketball. My dad thought so much of him, and the Basketball team. Jerry has had a good life and will surely be missed. You have our condolences.
