Jack John Jacklett

GUYS MILLS - Jack J. Jacklett, 78 of Guys Mills, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at his home. He was born on September 2, 1940 in Meadville, son of the late Paul and Leda Kightlinger Jacklett. He married the love of his life, Janice Lewis on January 30, 1988. Jack was a member of St. Hippolyte Parish, he liked to go fishing, loved family gatherings and enjoyed his neighbors and their children. He worked for Rich Smith Farm, Wintronics, and Greenleaf. Survivors include his beloved wife of 31 years, Janice Jacklett; his son, Steven Jacklett and his wife Shelly of Fulton, NY; step son, Jay Lazorishak of Parker, CO; daughter-in-law, Christine Lazorishak of Whitefish, MT; grandchildren, Kylie and Aden Jacklett; Jason, Yvonne and Eric Lazorishak; Elena and Karina Lazorishak; great grandchildren; Elan; Draven and Caden Lazorishak; several cousins, including Bill Moren and a wonderful friend, Clifford Porter. In addition to. his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his sister Jody Jacklett and his stepson Brian Lazorishak. Friends and family are invited to call the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the services at 1:00 P.M. with Father Daniel Prez, officiating. Burial will take place at St. Hippolyte Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Hippolyte Parish, 25997 State Highway 27, Guys Mills, PA 16327 or to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
