My sympathy goes out to Bob and the rest of the family. It is very difficult to lose a parent. I know, because I lost both of mine. Cherish your memories. They will live in your heart forever. Penny Sharrer
The family has my deepest sympathy for your loss. Just remembering her brings a smile to my face. I was glad she worked with the children at the day care center. She was able to touch both of my children’s lives. Also seeing her while she volunteered at the hospital was always a bright spot in my work day. Hazel was a vibrant person with a very special personality. She would always brighten up your day with a smile and a hug. My heart goes out to you all at this time but she is now one of God’s special Angels.
To the entire family….
My sincerest condolences for your loss. Hazel was a great and kind woman who always had a smile, a hug and a big hello for everyone. She is certain to be a greeter in Heaven.

To the Bowen family…My deepest sympathies at this your time of sorrow. It is said that a child is only as good as the parent, and I’m sure that your mother was so very proud of all of you. May God bring you peace at this time of grief.

My sincere sympathies on the passing of Mrs. Bowen. I met her as young man starting at Lakeside Unit of Polk Center. Her and Cootie were the music teachers. She was such a kind and classy lady and a great role model for others. She made a big impression on me. When I would see her occasionally, after she retired, she always had a friendly smile and hello.
We wish to leave you a small note, just to let you know how sorry we are for your loss. Our prayers are with the family at this time of such great loss.

Hazel is celebrating along with us, singing “I Shall Be Released”, only rewriting it to be, “I Have Been Released”.
She will continue to brighten the lives of those who had the pleasure of even just meeting her by the memories and family she left us.

I send my love and sympathy to whole family. Hazel was a lovely warm, wise woman who set a good example for us all. She and her husband Johnie hold a special place in my childhood memories and in my heart.
Hazel was a wonderful neighbor and friend of our family. She never walked by the house without stopping to chat. When my Aunt sold her house Hazel came by to say farewell to a life long neighbor. Our deepest sympathy to the family, she will be missed.
My deepest condolences for the loss of your Mother and Grandmother. I have missed our many talks when I worked for Coogan’s plumbing. She was a great woman who touched many lives and will be missed by all.

I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolences.
When I am grieving because I’ve lost a loved one, I have found comforting scriptures at jw.org. For example, It’s comforting to know God cares about us during this time of sorrow (1 Pet.5:6-7)
I look forward to seeing Hazel during the resurrection (John 5:28,29). She will then again be able to enjoy her family/friends.
I hope these scriptural thoughts bring comfort and hope to the family.
