Glyndon D. Lawrence

Glyndon D. Lawrence, 84, of Corry, formerly of Florida, passed away, Monday, July 1, 2019 at Corry Manor. He was born on March 24, 1935 in Ogdensburg, New York a son of George O. Lawrence and Ethel Wells Lawrence. He was a graduate of Ogdensburg High School, served his country in the US Army, and was a member of the Jehovah's Witness. Glyndon loved tinkering outside and gardening. He is survived by two daughters, Tonya L. Ortman and her husband Jason of Hudson, Florida and Tina M. Freeman of Corry; a son, Terry D. Lawrence and his wife Brenda of Erie; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a sister, Ethela White of Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon of 58 years; his parents; a son in law, Leroy Freeman; and a brother in law, Fran White. There will be no services held at this time.
