Always loved…never forgotten…
My husband and I were very sorry to learn of Frank’s death. Before he retired from Verizon, John (aka “Q” or Santa Man) worked with Frank a number of times in the Oil City area. He always had something nice to say about Frank and really enjoyed working with him. Even though they haven’t been in touch in recent years, John has thought of him and has referred to him in conversations. I only met him once at John’s retirement party but I feel as though he’s a part of our family. Please accept our sincere sympathy and know you are in our prayers. May you rest in peace, Frank.
Sorry for your loss Carol, take care.

Two weeks ago today I became a Clark. Although I knew I was gaining an amazing family, after this week I really realize just how blessed I am. Frank, I’m sorry we never had the chance to really get to know each other. I’ve heard so many heartfelt stories this week… As I have throughout my relationship with Matt. We were looking so forward to dinner this week. I’m sure you are looking down on your children with a huge proud smile. Their strength this week has been unbelievable. Memories of you will be remembered forever in our hearts. Rest in peace my dear father-in-law. Until we meet again ?? Gracie Clark
May each of you have as many memories through the years as the tears you are shedding today. Frank was a good guy and though long periods of time passed between when we might bump into each other, if I thought of Frank, I smiled, and will continue to do so. Prayers for each of you.
Look after each other,
John McGinnis
