SAEGERTOWN - Floyd Isaac Bailly, 80, of Saegertown, passed away, Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Edinboro Manor after a brief illness. He was born on December 12, 1933, son of the late Ernest Eugene and Mary Kugler Bailly. He married Wilma Lou Humes Bailly on December 12, 1958, she passed away on April 17, 1988. He subsequently married Delores Ray on June 21, 1997, she preceded him in death on October 29, 2011.
Floyd was retired as a carman at the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad, in Greenville, PA, and was also a life long farmer. He was of the Methodist faith, and a member of the Saegertown United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Korea.
Floyd enjoyed hunting, fishing and time spending with friends at Bear Creek Camp in Ridgeway, PA. He especially enjoyed visiting with his family and friends.
He is survived by two sons, Richard Bailly and Ralph Bailly both of Cochranton, two stepsons, Johnny (Margie) Ray and Randy (Brenda) Ray of Meadville, a step daughter, Judy Partridge of Saegertown. his brother Walter Bailly and his wife Marlene of Cochranton, five step-grandchildren, Simoan Ray, of Meadville; Jennifer Dylewski (Jeremy) of Edinboro; David Partridge (Karen) of TX; Josh Ray of Meadville and Sean Ray of Meadville and several step great grandchildren, nephews, Jon Bailly (Kate) of Indiana, PA, and Doug Bailly (Heather) of Havre de Grace, MD also his good friends, Greg and Darlene Gould.
Along with his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by an infant son Clyde Bailly and his brother William Bailly.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Roofner-Collins-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc, 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335. The funeral service will be held there Thursday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Darrell L. Greenawalt officiating. Burial will take place at Gravel Run Cemetery in Woodcock Township.

Condolences to Floyd’s family and friends. We worked in the railroad car shop in the early ’70s. Not only was he a hard worker but he was well liked, a light hearted and easy to get along with good egg who we’d affectionately nicknamed “Beetle.” He sure was one fine person!
Hello, I have not had the pleasure of meeting Floyds family ,but I have talked with him of his family. He was a very pleasant person and we always had wonderful conversations.

I was sorry to here about Floyd. I would like to send my condolences to the entire family. He will be missed by Bear Creek Camp and all the members. We all shared a lot of laughs and successful hunts with Floyd. May he rest in piece.

After so many years, I still remember Floyd as a gentle spirit with a ready laugh. My brothers (Ron, Gary, Alan) and I are saddened to hear of his passing.
