Edna M. White, 90, of Franklin, died at 2:34 p.m. on Sunday, June 12th, at Sugarcreek Station, where she had resided for the past several years.Born July 6, 1925 in Reno, PA, Edna was the daughter of the late Harry and Heartha Faren Fordyce. She married Karl C. White on July 16, 1945, and he preceded her in death in 2008.Edna was a homemaker and also worked as a Tour Guide for Colonia Tours. She enjoyed traveling, playing Bingo, and spending time with her family.She is survived by her two daughters, Catherine Hines of Seneca, and Christine Bromley and her husband, James, of Meadville. Edna is also survived by her four grandchildren, David Hines of Franklin, Valerie Wheeling and her husband, Monte, of Cooperstown, Justin Bromley and his wife, Lisa, of Titusville, and Trisa White and her husband, Kyle, of Titusville; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard L. White, and her brother, Harold Fordyce.A memorial service for Edna will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 11 a.m. at the Seneca United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Hastings, pastor of the church officiating.The Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, has been entrusted with arrangements. So sorry to read of the passing of my Aunt Edna and the previous passing of my Uncle Karl. I left home early in life and totally lost contact with my family and my parents families. I have nothing but fond memories of Uncle Karl and Aunt Edna. Gladys Haun was my Mother. My families prayers are with your family. Fondly, Melvin Haun
