Dorothy R. Morrow

The family of Dorothy Morrow Andrews of Polk is saddened to announce her passing on December 1, 2025 at 11:40 am at the age of 89 years old at the Collins House.

Born on April 13, 1936, in Polk, she was the daughter of the late Echols and Julia Whitstone Reisinger and was the youngest of thirteen brothers and sisters.

On November 21, 1952, she married Everett Morrow and he preceded her in death in 1999. She later married Eugene “Gene” Andrews on March 4, 2006 and he preceded her in death on July 21, 2009.

Dorothy is survived by two daughters Nancy Bodien and Debbie Dunlap; two sons Gary Morrow and Larry Morrow; two step-daughters Sheryl Wilson and Shauna Andrews; and a step son Rick Andrews; nine grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. She was very blessed and grateful to have her nephew, Butch Moyer and his wife, Holly, and a niece, Doris Adams, in her life.

In addition to her parents, her husbands, and her siblings, she was preceded in death by her daughter Sandy Morrow and her step son Ben Andrews.

Guests are invited to Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Thursday, December 4th from 2 pm to 6 pm. Funeral services for Dorothy will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 5th at 1 pm with Pastor Gregory Dill, Venango VNA Hospice Chaplain, officiating.

Dorothy will be laid to rest in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.

A special “Thank You” goes to the staff at the Collins House for Dorothy’s wonderful care and support for her family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions go to the Venango VNA Foundation, Collins House, 491 Allegheny Blvd, Franklin, PA 16323.
