Debra K. Fladry, 65, of Union City, passed away, Monday, March 25, 2024 at her residence following an extended battle with brain cancer. She was born on June 14, 1958 in Charleston, West Virginia a daughter of Earl Patton and Lillie Parcell Patton. She married William "Bill" Fladry on July 12, 1975. Debi was strong willed and passionate about what she believed in. She loved music, family, and her pets. She enjoyed fishing at the Union City Dam, shooting pool with the women's pool league, growing her flowers, playing games, and spending time with her four grandchildren. She and her longtime best friend, Tammey Bloss were often found dancing to Bob Seger or Neil Young. In addition to her husband, Bill of forty-nine years; she is survived by her children, Billie-Jo Higby, Justin Fladry, and Nathan Fladry; her grandchildren, Sage, Cole, Lily, and Raelyn; and siblings, Sue Turley and Eddie Patton of Charleston, West Virginia. Debi was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Kathy Hamrick and Robbie Patton. Family and friends were so fortunate to enjoy so many years with her after her cancer diagnosis. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 14, 2024 in "The Field". During our class reunion in Erie, Debbie participated in the party room, which happened to be mine,I told her it was time to go, and her response was that I had no jurisdiction, and she could stay,I could tell her to leave my bar but not my room. She always enjoyed everyday to the fullest, and I will miss her
