Deborah Jean Tabar Malinowski, 60, passed away, Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at UPMC Horizon in Greenville. She was born May 7, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Mae Tabar. Her family moved to Linesville from Mt, Prospect, IL., when her parents bought a hardware, where she worked for 22 years, after the she graduated from Linesville High School in 1973.
Deb played saxophone in high school and was very good at it. She coached a girls softball team in the summer with her sister, Deb loved her kids more than anything and attended every activity they were involved in. Deb's fondest memories involved having her house full of her kids and their friends; to which many of them thought of her as a second mother. She was a lover of animals, especially dogs and cats, and she loved to garden. She and Al loved to fish, and watch movies.
Deb is survived by Lance Malinowski; her two children, her son, Chad Malinowski, and his companion Karrah Hopkins, and her daughter, Lindsey Malinowski and her companion Stephen Cornell; a sister, Denise and her husband Chuck Powell of Linesville, and a brother, Douglas and his wife Terrie Tabar of Conneaut Lake, three nephews, Derek, Dillon and Dakota Tabar, and her dear friend, Al Stupy.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents and a young brother, Michael Tabar.
The family would like to thank the staff at UPMC Horizon and Dr. Giuseppucci, Dr. Merovich, and Dr. Lob.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Monday, July 6, 2015, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
