TITUSVILLE- David William Douglass, 69, passed away, Friday, July 29, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on June 10, 1947 a son of John H. Douglass, Sr. and Marie Kikel Douglass. On August 22, 1981 he married, Patricia Henderson, she survives. He enjoyed camping, horseback riding, and loved being with family and friends. David was a truck driver for more than 38 years and an Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia of 34 years; a daughter, Wendy Hamrick of Texas; a son, Jason Douglas of Texas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a sister Carol Cannon and her husband, Mark of Ohio; his dog, Laci and cat, Timmy and many nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John H. Douglass, Jr. There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105 or Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation, 130 W 8th St, Erie, PA 16501. Arrangements are in the care of Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home, 33353 N. Main Street, Townville, PA.
