Clark Scott Duncan, 70, of Meadville, passed away, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Crawford County Care Center. He was born on July 9, 1948 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania a son of Wayne R. Duncan and Mabel McGowen Duncan. He married Elaine Ann Douthitt on May 10, 1968. She survives. He was a 1966 graduate of Northwestern High School in Darlington, Pennsylvania, attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, and was a US Veteran serving his country during Vietnam. Clark was a self-employed dairy farmer owning and operating Duncandell Holstein which he established in 1974. He spent his life promoting agriculture in Crawford County being a leader of Blue Ribbon 4H Club for 35 years, Cochranton Community Fair President for 42 years, was on the Crawford County Fair Dairy Committee for many years, Crawford County Holstein Committee, Director of Crawford County DHA, and was honored to be the Grand Marshall of the 2018 Cochranton Community Fair Parade. He enjoyed going to cow shows, tractor pulls, spending time with his family, and enjoyed talking to people getting to know who they were to make a family connection. In addition to his loving wife, Elaine, of Meadville he is survived by four daughters, Beth A. Custead and her husband James of Meadville, Kathleen S. Klink and her husband Mike of Linesville, Sara E. Carter of Meadville, and Deborah L. Manning and her husband Arnold of Meadville; twelve grandchildren, Alex, Garret, and Kenny Custead, Anna, Morgan, and Julia Klink, Dylan Duncan, Gabe and Aden Carter, Jailynn Gilbert, and Latasha and Morgan Manning; three great grandchildren, Anayah Manning, Aubrielle Myers, and Kevin Thompson III; a brother, Perry G. Duncan and his wife Bonnie of Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends are welcome to call on Wednesday, October 24th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at New Beginnings Church of God, 13226 Leslie Road, Meadville. A memorial service will follow at 6:00pm with Pastor Walter Clark, officiating. There will be a dinner after the service for all who attend. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Clark's memory to Cochranton Blue Ribbon 4H Club c/o Michelle Raney, 4189 Main Street, Adamsville, PA 16110 or Cochranton Community Fair c/o Katrina Proctor, 3954 Franklin Pike, Cochranton, PA 16314.   1. I am so sorry for the loss of Clark !!!!!! I sit here with tears feeling your alls loss. I shared the same hooch with Clark in Quang Tri Veitnam 3/5 Cav. I’ve been meaning and hoping to come look him up just to hug his neck and tell him how many hundred times I’ve thought of him and prayed for him…I only knew him a few months but he left a long time impression on me,,,,I regret very much not coming to see him and Elaine and Daughters…..Maybe i’ll still try to come just to meet you all…..with Love Warren
