I had the pleasure of working with Charlie for several years as he assisted those with various employability issues. He was honest with those he met, and knew how to entertain us with a good story. We’ll miss see you around Charlie.
It was such a pleasure to have known Charlie. He made a very big impact in my life as a young teenager. I have many fond memories of him and the crazy stuff we did. Debbie and Ken you are in my prayers and thoughts in your time of need.
Dear Ken and family,
Charlie was a great guy. What started out as a work relationship, turned into a wonderful friendship. Some of my best times in retirement were spent at the cabin joking about the mysteries of the universe, while attempting to master shooting skills. His quick wit often covered my embarrassment.
Our monthly lunches and shared coffee habit
kept us in the loop of each others lives.
He will certainly be missed.
My dad, my grandfather, and Charlie Fisher are the three men who had the greatest impact on my life when I was growing up. Many of my fondest childhood memories involve Charlie Fisher. I am a much better person and a much more successful person because of the positive impact Charlie Fisher had on me. I never would have earned the rank of Eagle Scout without him. All of the doors that opened would not have occurred without him. We will all miss him a lot. I am in Harrisburg this week so I will not be at the calling hours or funeral. I really want to be in Meadville, but it is not possible. My thoughts and prayers are with Ken and Debbie and their families.
Charlie had always been my next door neighbor ever since I lived on Maple Street. My family considered both he, and his late wife, Ruth to be not just neighbors, but friends of our family. I can’t remember a time where I parked my car, or walked into my house, without hearing a “Hello Raechel!” from Charlie. Whether he was outside tending to his beautiful flower gardens, or preparing for a weekend hunting trip, he always made sure to say hello anytime he saw me. Rest in Peace Charlie, you will be missed.
Ken,Kim,Bethany,Justin,and Hallie,
Thanking God for Charlie. Sending our sympathy, prayers, and love. May God give you comfort during this time of loss.

I worked with Charlie at OVR and always enjoyed his drive and humor. When I went into Management his retirement was my first to run. I was so glad to and to give him the I hit the deer award. Charlie was always playing jokes on people especially if you hit a deer. He will be missed and I am so sorry I could not make the viewing or mass. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Charlie is a great man.
Charlie was my neighbor for about 7 years before I moved away for college. Over those years, Charlie and Ruth became more than just neighbors to my family, they became friends. Charlie was always out around the yard and was always up for friendly conversation, asking how I was doing and how school was going. He was a great person and will be missed.
I am so sorry to learn about Uncle Charlie. I will always remember the way he turned his head to the side when he was laughing at a joke. Thinking of you and sending hugs.
Love
Michelle
