  6. In loving memory of Charlie,

Charlie’s passing has left a void in our lives that can never be filled. He was not just a friend, but a beacon of light, a source of laughter, and a testament to ambition. His sense of humor could brighten the darkest days, his intellect inspired us to think deeper, and his unwavering ambition motivated us to reach for our dreams.

Charlie had a deep connection with the outdoors, finding solace in the wilderness, and sharing his passion for hunting and archery with all of us. The way he embraced nature reflected his profound appreciation for the simple joys in life.

Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit lives on in the memories we shared, the laughter we enjoyed, and the lessons he taught us. Charlie’s legacy is one of humor, intelligence, and determination. He will forever be missed, but his impact on our lives will never fade.

Rest in peace, dear friend Charlie. Your memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.

  7. In our hearts, we mourn the passing of Charlie – a beacon of kindness, warmth, and intellect. His efficiency in dealing with our financial matters was second only to his undying jovial spirit that often lit our encounters. Alongside his wife, they were truly remarkable. Never too busy for an inquiry or a friendly conversation – their service was irreplaceable. Though deeply missed by many, we find solace knowing he graces us now from celestial heights with his ever radiant smile.

  8. Rest easy Charlie. You where a selfless man. When I get to the gate, something tells me you’ll be guarding it. May you have the peace you where searching for. Semper-Fi

  9. Mac was such good man and mentor. I miss our trips to Yuma and being stuck in El Centro with an aircraft that was in shambles. So many good memories my friend. You were a great person, always happy and enjoyed being a Marine. The world will be a little less joyful without you brother.

  10. I first met Charlie in the fall of 2017 while on a hunting trip to Kansas. He was very friendly and personable funny to be around. Really enjoyed his friendship and will miss him very much.

  11. We will look into the beauty of the morning sunrise
We’ll see your smile shine through the fog as bright rays of sunshine begin to beam through the trees
As midday approaches we hear the rustling of leaves and tall grasses sway
We feel the crisp autumn air brush across our face
As an arrow is raised, it flies swiftly to meet its target and we feel your presence
We shared the love of nature the very way that God intended
    And just like that
The day is over and we gaze upon another beautiful sunset
The air has settled softly as a million stars twinkle in the big Kansas sky
You will be there in our hearts as we raise a glass
    Here’s to you Charlie “Fox”
    Rest peacefully dear friend
    Until we meet again
    Greg & Sharlene Dingess
With utmost respect and condolences to all of your family, friends and loved ones

  16. Friends forever…from our first days of life in the hospital together…to our school years K-12…to working at Bonanza together. Life took us on our own paths, but you were always a happy thought. In recent years since your retirement and then ours, it has been so nice to reconnect and make more memories. ❤️
    Always-Bridget (Brenneman) Miller

  17. I would like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I met Chuck decades ago when he was a student at Rocky Grove High School… a nice young man who was kind, friendly, and always had a big smile when he entered the room. Please know that my thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathy are with your family at this sad and difficult time…
    Rosalyn (Walker) Miller

  18. My memories…There are SO many! From the 9lb4oz, 22in long Miracle Baby born with his fist in his mouth, to the 6′ 7″ lean, lanky U.S. Marine, who fought for his Country in far-away lands to keep “them” far away from his loved ones at home. From “Chuck” as he was known to his school friends…to “Mac” as he was known to his Marine friends…to “Charlie” as he was known to us here at home…to “Son” as he was known to me…this young man will be forever missed, forever loved, forever leaving a void which cannot ever be filled. I thank God for every day I got to treasure with him, I thank God for His third gift to me….my son. I believe he is with his sister, my second gift, Bonnie, and their Dad, Bill Sr. I thank God for His first gift to me…my son, Bill Jr…my strength, my strength, my strength.
God’s blessings to all who knew & loved, liked & trusted my son, Charles Aaron McDaniel.
I will love you forever Charlie My Boy, I will miss you forever too.
