Catherine Louise Belknap

Louise Belknap, 94, of Meadville passed away on December 20, 2021. Born in Titusville, PA on September 30, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Helen (Morris) Fink. She married the love of her life, Edward Belknap who preceded her in death in March 2005. As a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Meadville, she worked in the daycare taking care of the children. She took very good care of her family and was always there to help anyone who needed it. She was a delightful mix of caring, kindness, industriousness and fearlessness. While always trying to improve her surroundings, she was also humble and welcomed anyone in with open arms. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Gary Belknap and his wife, Fran, of Meadville; her daughter, Patricia Molitor and her husband, Mark, of North Carolina; her grandchildren Kevin Belknap of Meadville and Perrin Molitor of North Carolina; her great-grandchildren, Mercedes Molitor of North Carolina and Christopher Jannazzo of Meadville; and her nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and her loving husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Hugh, Robert and Betty. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Louise will be laid to rest next to her husband in Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, PA. Arrangements for Louise have been entrusted to the Ryan M.
