Please accept our deepest sympathy at the passing of Betty. She was our mother, Ella Mae Collins Snyder’s, best friend. They spent many memorable times together. She always made us feel so loved and special from childhood to adulthood. Her kindness and concern for our mother will never be forgotten. She always treated us like family and with love. What a wonderful friend. What a nice legacy she leaves all of you.

I’m sorry to read about Betty’s passing. She was the first person to welcome us when we moved to Cooperstown and down the street from her. We enjoyed chatting when we walked the dogs. Betty was just a really nice person and I’m glad we got to know her for a short while.
I was sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. She was a kind friend to my mother. And she was a good volunteer with the local American Cancer Society for Daffodil Days and other projects. I have missed working with her. I’ll never forget the day she sold daffodils outside Walmart in chilly March weather. I made the decision right then that we would not do that again!
