April,
I have always had the memory of you and I in grade school when we dressed up as babies for Halloween and my dad made us a playpen. We walked the halls showing our costumes in this huge cardboard playpen. I always go to that memory because those were the fun ones. I wish your path would have been different in life, but I am glad that I did get to know you. Even when we would see each other in public we would always chat for a minute. I pray that you will be at piece.

I remember when I first met April. She was our downstairs neighbor. Her kids and my kids played and we would sit on her porch and watch over them. She was hospitable and kind. She has a soft heart and was kind to help me with my little ones. I remember how she jumped into action and volunteered to watch over our youngest when I went into labor with who is now the youngest. After moving I saw less of her, but she was never forgotten.
With love

Oh my, that night we took D,Mellow,Derrick and Chance out to Oil Creek State Park to see the sasquatch that we camped near and visited daily for eighteen months. After a half hour and not seeing anything, the kids were laying on the road bored already. Just them we heard a crack and then a log the size of a full grown Oak tree hit the ground vibrating the ground under our feet. I said they’re here. Then 6 basketball size blue orbs came up the road zig zagging the whole way. I saw you were in the explorer sitting with hands in lap with a weird smile on your face. Little did I know you heard trees being knocked down from your right side. Lol. We never heard a thing. Derrick was interacting with them and you finally came out and joined in. Then Derrick asked them if they could change colors from blue to purple and immediately they all changed to purple. Wow!!! I said. They would never do that for me. Lol. Well maybe they might. I’ll never forget that look of fear with that smile. Cracks me up still. I think about this night every day. I miss you Angel!!! Till we meet again!!! Love You Princess!!! Doug Retzer.
