Anita was my best friend in junior high and high school at St Agatha’s. She lived right near the school so we would slip over there at lunch and go to Bulger’s store on the corner to play the jukebox and jitterbug. After school we walked downtown to the dry cleaners where her mom worked and then stop at Wirt’s Drug store for a coke. We always had lots to giggle about. She was a dear friend.
