Andrea Carson, 49, of Franklin, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.Born October 28, 1969 in Camden, SC, she was the daughter of Victor and Marilyn (Clark) Johnson.Andrea had a passion for life and was very active in her community, especially the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 83 in Franklin. She was in charge of the women's auxiliary and worked in the kitchen at the Lodge. She also enjoyed bingo, the Applefest festival in Franklin, and cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.In addition to her parents, Andrea is survived by her fiance, James Colwell of Franklin; her daughter, Krista Johnson of Niagara Falls; her three brothers, Christopher Johnson of Summerville, SC, Kyle Johnson and his wife, Keri, of Wauconda, IL, and Richard Johnson and his wife, Kristina of Raeford, NC; her sister, Suzanne Dunlap and her husband, Michael, Ottumwa, Iowa; and by several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her grandparents.Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 7, 2019 at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323, from 2 pm to 6 pm.Funeral services for Andrea will be held following visitation on Monday, October 7, 2019 starting at 6 pm at the funeral home, with Reverend Christopher Johnson, her brother and ordained pastor of the Church of Christ, officiating.To send flowers, cards, online condolences, or for more information, family and friends are invited to visit www.gardinierfuneralhome.com.
