It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Rose Ann Odell, 69, who left us peacefully at home on October 30, 2026, surrounded by her beloved family. Rose was born June 16, 1957, in Meadville, to Joseph and Rose Bergamasco Farkus.
Rose married the love of her life, best friend, caregiver, and soul mate Robert “Bob” Odell, on June 4, 2022, and together, they shared countless adventures. A proud graduate of Meadville Area High School (Class of ’75), Rose spent her career in retail sales, where she made many life connections and friendships that have withstood time.
A woman of faith, Rose was active in her community, notably as a member of the Italian Civic Club. She loved cooking, shopping, and generously gifting to her family and friends. Rose firmly believed in the importance of family, and loved family dinners and gatherings where we celebrated memories and made new ones. She treasured every moment spent with her family. Rose was a lover of animals, and always had pets in her home. Most recently, she adored her two cats, Sophie and Lucy. Of all the milestones in her life, she was happiest when she was with her husband, Bob, and proudest of her two children.
In addition Bob, she is survived by her daughter Dee Henry and son-in-law Greg of Meadville, her son Tony Darcangelo and daughter-in-law Gretchen of Sharon. She has a large family and cherished time with all of them, including special cousins Cindy, Marlene, and Vinny, and many more family members who loved her dearly. Rose was united after death with her mom, many aunts and uncles, and a brother, Doug “Gopher” Farkus. Rose will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A private service will be held in her honor, and her burial will take place at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Crawford County Humane Society at 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania, 16335.
Please take a moment to share a memory or condolence with the family on Rose’s Book of Memories online at www.WarrenFH.com. Arrangements are in the care of Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. – Meadville.

Prayers to the family an all that knew this wonderful women. God bless. RIP ROSE.
I’m so sorry to read this sad news. Back in the day, we used to lay on the floor at Fairmont and crank Edgar Winters “Frankenstein” on her mom’s hi-Fi stereo so loins I’m sure the whole complex could hear it. We always found some kind of trouble to get into. Rest in peace, Rose Ann!
Sorry for your loss.
