Donna Rae Malone

Donna Rae Malone, 71, of Polk passed away in her home due to health issues on June 5, 2026 with family at her side.

Born on June 13, 1954 in Warren, PA she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Ruth Eleanor (White) Lawson.

Donna grew up in Rocky Grove and was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School. On March 30, 1973, she married Robert L. Malone . He preceded her in death on February 13, 2001.

She worked at Franklin Hospital, enjoyed working at Long John Silvers, and eventually retired from Miller Equipment in 2016.

She is survived by her fiance, William R. Gothard; her daughter Tiffany Myers; her grandchildren Joesph Coon, IV, and Caylie Miller and her husband Dakota Domres; her great grandchildren Emmie Ruby, Violet Domres, Karson Domres, Landyn Domres, Axtyn Domres; her niece Shiela Braden; and her great nieces and great nephews Becky, Rob, Jesse, and Braden.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Malone; her sisters Pat Braden, Bink Braden, Betty Spillman, and Linda Craig; her niece Tracey Straw; and her grandmother Bessie Winters.

A Celebration of Donna’s life will be held at Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA on Thursday, June 18 at 5 PM.

Donna will be laid to rest at Graham Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in her memory to Precious Paws Animal Rescue, PO Box 784, Franklin, PA 16323.
