Brian Keith Proctor, 69, of Franklin passed away on June 2, 2026 at UPMC Hamot, Erie with family at his side.
Born on December 1, 1956 in Franklin, he was the son of the late Manley and Marion (Young) Proctor.
Brian was a graduate of Franklin High School. He enjoyed working for SFPC and retired after 21 years of service.
He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed creating beautiful pieces. he also enjoyed fishing and traveling as much as he could.
Brian leaves behind his beloved brother, Mark Proctor and his wife, Carol, of Franklin; his sisters-in-law, Betty and Penny; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Barry Lee and Robert.
In following with Brian’s wishes, no public services will be observed and arrangements are in the care of Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA.
