Paula S. Cass, 62, of Erie, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026, at UPMC Hamot, surrounded by her son, Brian, and his wife, Julie. Born on October 14, 1963, in Erie, Paula was the daughter of Ed and Nancy Cass.
Paula was a talented seamstress who worked for herself, pouring her heart into everything she made. She had a passion for gardening, quilting, and spoiling her Miniature Dachshunds. Halloween was her favorite time of year, and she celebrated it with enthusiasm and creativity.
Paula leaves behind her loving son, Brian Risjan, Jr., , daughter, Rebecca, and daughter-in-law, Julie, who reside in Union City. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elena Risjan.
A private service and burial will take place at a later date.
