We are heartbroken to announce that Mary Lou Williams, 87, of Conneaut Lake, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 27, 1938, in Meadville, she was the daughter of Eldridge and Margaret Stallard.

Mary Lou was married to Ronald C. Williams on August 25, 1957, until his passing on July 22, 1997. A proud graduate of Meadville Area High School in 1956, she spent many years dedicated to her work as a bookkeeper at Conneaut Lake Park and Free-Col Laboratories.

An avid car enthusiast, Mary Lou was a member of the Shelby, Mustang, Ford Club of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Her beloved 1965 Ford earned her numerous trophies at car shows, showcasing her passion for classic cars. She had a full life, delighting in playing card games, especially Pinochle, reading romance novels, solving crossword/jigsaw puzzles, and watching her favorite TV show, “Gunsmoke.” She loved her trips to Tri-City Speedway, spending time with loved ones, and soaking in every moment life had to offer.

Mary Lou is survived by her daughter, Carol Ann Billings (David) of Kentucky, and her son, Hank Williams of ConneautLake, a proud grandmother to Timothy Billings, Steven Billings, John Henry Williams, and Daniel Williams, her extended family, and her beloved caregiver for several years Lacey.

She is now reunited with her husband, her son Stuart Williams, two infant children, Melanie and Robert Williams, her siblings, Robert, Jack, and Linda, her grandson, Kevin Beish, who all preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, February 28th, at 12:00 PM at Greendale Cemetery, with Pastor Nate Alsdorf officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary Lou’s honor to the Venango Area Riding for the Handicapped Association at www.varha.org.
