She was born on September 6, 1936 in Leadville, Colorado a daughter of William Clarence Green and Mary Elizabeth Wilder. She married Thomas H. Garland he preceded her in death in 2018.
Services will be private with burial at Southside Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
