It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Jean McClellan. She was 86 years old. She died peacefully at home in Hampton, Virginia on May 8th, 2025, with her family.
Carol was born on February 10th, 1939, in Union City. She was preceded in death by her husband John McClellan on October 2nd, 1994, and her sister Marjorie Carson March 30th, 2016.
Carol met the love of her life and then Married on July 5th, 1958.
Carol retired from Snap-Tite (Parker) hose company in 2004.
Survived by: Daughter- Brenda Holler and Son-in-law Daniel Holler, Son Eric McClellan and Wife Gale McClellan. Grandchildren Angela Lepak, Christina Iliff, Daniel Holler Jr and wife Kelly Holler, Jennifer McClellan, Sarah McClellan and Husband Kurt Johnson and Kiara McClellan. Great Grandchildren Ciarra Lepak, Dylan Lepak, Kameren Johnson, Kasen McClellan, Isabella McClellan, Jackson McClellan, Hadley Holler, Avery Holler, Lily Hayman and Annalie Holler, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Thursday, May 15th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Tom Hunsberger, officiating.
Carol will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.
