Charles R. Potts, age 79, of Union City, passed away, Friday, May 2, 2025 at his residence.
A son of Joseph and Mildred Moltekin Potts, he was born September 10, 1945 in East Brady, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Potts enjoyed helping people. He served in the United States Infantry in Germany during the Vietnam War.
Surviving is his companion of close to 50 years, Dorothy Culver and her daughters, Peggy Ward and husband Terry and Annette Spencer, all of Union City; a brother, Gary Potts and wife Debi of Union City; two sisters, Lois Nelson of Pittsburgh, Connie Lewis and husband Bill of Sandy Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ron and Dean Potts, and a sister, Barb Rugar.
Services for Mr. Potts will be private and will be handled by the Warren-Glenn Funeral Home, 62 S. Main Street, Union City.
