Uncle Clair was a very special Uncle. I always enjoyed visiting with him, Naomi and their 5 daughters. I loved to hear them sing praises to God together and to sing with them.
Uncle Clair always had a smile on his face who ever he was talking to. I will always remember his great faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am so terribly sorry to hear of Clair’s passing. Know that you are all in my thoughts. Erin K.
The first time I met Claire was when my dear friend Linda (his daughter) introduced me to her parents. Linda was going through a challenging season and her father quietly said to me “ she needs support at this time” upon which her mother assured him that I have been a supportive friend. It struck me that it was not his nature to speak up to a stranger but because of his deep concern for his daughter he did. And also her mother, both of them in their own way shared their loving care and support to their daughter. I only met them 2-3 times as we live in Florida but that caring spirit is how I will always think of them. A friend, Marylouise Raber
