We were saddened to hear of his passing. So very sorry for your loss.
The Hart family and mine grew up on the South Side of Titusville and were friends thru elementary school on.
Dick was a good person to have known.
God Bless.
So sorry to hear about dicks passing.i was his neighbor in titusville.was good friends of the family for many years. Sorry unable to attend the services. From patty shrout and family.
Dick was a great step dad. He gave me my love of old music. Back then we had to listen to whatever music our parents listened to. To this day, I still love the Beetles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Beach Boys and especially Cheech and Chong. I had every word memorized from that tape. I thought they were the funniest characters. It wasn’t til I was older that I realized that they were actually high and drunk all the time in those skits on the tape. Funny.
We went on a lot of adventures because we all went as a family on his coon hunts he would enter in other parts of the state. I did not like having the chore of feeding 8 – 10 coon dogs especially during all those snow blizzards, but then I grew to appreciate the hard work Dick instilled into my work ethic.
He will be sadly missed but his memories will always put a smile on my face. Rest in peace Mr. Hart.
