Guestbook

  1. Our family would like to send our condolences to the Weed family, because of all the fond memories of Char at the many little league baseball games. Char and Fred always cheered the loudest. We also enjoyed her always smiling face.
The Knauff Klan ( Mel, Lynda, Keith and Josh)

  2. My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Char. I met her a few years back through Love INC. She was a wonderful caring person. I’m certain she will be missed by all those who knew her.

  3. “Mrs. Weed” was a wonderful kindergarten teacher! She taught with cheerful energy & an obvious love for her work & little students. Even at 5 years old, she made a great impression on me & made learning fun! My deepest condolences to her family. Sincerely, Lisa (Tanner) Feely.

  4. Charlene is forever known as Mrs. Weed. I was in her fourth grade class, her first year of teaching. She has been mentor, friend but most of all spiritual adviser. When I think of anyone with faith, it’s Mrs. Weed. Loved that she had wonderful years with Fred.

A favorite memory is her red convertible and running across hall to get Randy because it was starting to pour down rain. ☔️.
No one had a better sense of humor nor faith in God than Charlene. Our loss is heaven’s gain.

  5. I did my student teaching experience with Char (over 50 years ago). She was one “wild and crazy” kindergarten teacher. I loved that! She inspired me to have fun with the kids while teaching. I tried my best to emulate her contagious excitement for being in the classroom. Thank you, dear friend.
