Mary Ruth Bailey

Mary Ruth Bailey, 92, of Youngsville, passed away, Monday, May 16, 2022 at Rouse Home. She was born on August 3, 1929 in Princeton, West Virginia a daughter of Charles Nipper and Ciny Lewis Nipper. She married Clarence L. Glass he preceded her in death on January 1, 1990 she subsequently married Bill G. Bailey, he preceded her in death on October 25, 2007. She was employed over the years at Union City Boat, Union City Chair, and was a nurse's aid. Mary was of the Presbyterian faith and a social member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She enjoyed bingo, fishing, and spending time with her family. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Fralick of Kennedy, New York and Diane Swarm and her husband Steve of Jamestown, New York; three sons, Butch Glass and his wife Lillian of Corry, Daniel Glass and his wife Deb of Canadohta Lake, and Mike Glass and his wife Carol of Union City; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren. In addition to her husbands; she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Rick Glass; and a son in law, Dean Fralick. There will be a graveside service held on Thursday, May 19th at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.
