I worked with Dave on the Turnpike, he was a great supervisor & a good Man ! The working men (known as road dogs) on the State Police backed him 100% as he always had their best interest at heart. His hard fought victory over the corrupt few was celebrated by us all ! May he rest in the peace of Jesus Christ !
My deepest sympathy to the Ruhlman family. I worked with Dave in Somerset, A better man you could not find. John Neil
