Randolph "Randy" C. Pyle, 70, of Franklin, passed away in the early afternoon hours of Friday, September 3, 2021 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.Born September 18, 1950 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late James B. Pyle and Ruth I. (Patterson) Martin. On March 22, 1980, he married the former (Carol) Lynn Whitten; she survives him.For most of his life, Randy worked as an Inventory Control Specialist for Quaker State.In his spare time, Randy enjoyed the quiet company of his family and friends, camping, fishing, karaoke, and line dancing. In addition to his wife, Randy will be forever remembered by his two sons, Robert Lynn and David Lynn (Ashleigh); his three grandchildren, Stephanie Boyles, Dalton Boyles and his fiance, Morgan, and Zakary Lynn and his fiance, Rachel; his three great-grandchildren, Elaina Shuffstall, Levi Shuffstall, and Kinlee Boyles; his brother Mike Pyle (Sue) of Franklin; his two sisters, Grace McQueen (Dale) of Butler and Judy Umstead (Chuck) of Franklin. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his two daughters, Dawn Boyles and Cheryl Pyle, who preceded him in death the day prior on September 2, 2021; his brothers, James L. Pyle and Harry Pyle; his sister, Linda Goodman; his first wife, Marion E. (Ausel) Pyle; and his step-father, Donald Martin. Only knew him for a few years and he always treated me good when I stopped in to see rob at the camp.
