  1. My sincere condolences to the family. We shared many good times in our younger days going with my Dad and her uncle, Dave Ritchey, and Bob Gardinier to parades when they were riding for the Zem Zem Temple Tri-Wheels together. We even painted the Zem Zem logo on the trailer together that they used to haul the bikes to the parades. We always had fun. She was a great friend to hang out with. I’m sure they’ll have ice cream in heaven Sheila! Enjoy!

  15. Family and Friends of Sheila R. Boughner, May God comfort and support you in the time of your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Sheila was a former student of mine in elementary physical education class. She wrote my retirement story for the News Herald. I treasured every word and photograph and keep the article close to my heart. Sheila and I would often pass on our morning walks and exchanged a friendly “Hello”. I will miss her smiling face, her professional skills and most importantly her love for family and friends. She was definitely a blessing to the Franklin community. “Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” John 14: 1 -3 May God Bless and Keep You, Lou (Susan and Bethany) Slautterback

  16. We’ll always remember Sheila as such a special lady, a one of a kind. So smart, so savvy, so engaged with life. We knew her from The Derrick and always stopped and talked when we were in the office. Such a talent in writing. We’ll miss her and wanted you to know how special she was to so many people, including us. Linda and Bob Steiner.

  17. Hi I would like to share a memory of Sheila !Back when we were in school. I graduated with her she and her twin sister Shelly was always very pleasant to talk to. I would pass her in the Hallway in school she would say to me. Hi Denise how are you doing today. Of course I would say ok. We really didn’t have any classes together except gym class. That was a blast running around on the scooters doing a relay race or playing flag football.or doing laps in the gym.or What ever we did in gym was sometimes Very trying. But through it all we made it through classes maybe not together. But I know I will always have fond memories of Sheila Through out the coming years. May you Rest In Peace. This is not good bye. This is until we meet again. May you shine always.
