Helen Ann Wagner, of Franklin, passed away, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at UPMC Northwest. She was born on January 28, 1951 in Rochester, Pennsylvania, a daughter of William Raymond and Edith Keith Kauffman. She married Robert Walter Wagner on July 26, 2003, he survives.She was a 1970 graduate of Rocky Grove High School and employed with Polk Center as a Residential Service Aid for 18 and a half years until her retirement in 1993. Helen enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, stock car racing, car shows, square dancing, drag racing, reading and loved animals.In addition to her husband, Robert of Franklin, she is survived by her two daughters, Michelle Renee Horton of Franklin, and Holly Rae Chatley of Franklin; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a brother, Mark Kauffman of Franklin; and a sister, Donna DeVault of Franklin.She was preceded in death by her parents; adopted parents, Charles Latchaw and Bessie Brandon; a brother, William Raymond Kauffman, Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Frank DeVault.Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 5 pm to 7 pm with funeral service to follow at 7 pm.She will be laid to rest at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen's memory to Precious Paws Animal Rescue, 720 Atlantic Ave, Franklin, PA 16323 or Cochranton Veterinary Hospital, 33124 US 322, Cochranton, PA 16314.To send cards, online condolences, or for further information, family and friends are invited to visit www.gardinierwarrenfh.com.
