Twila (Tillie) M. Rugh, 88, of Franklin, passed away at her residence, at 2:00 a.m., on January 26th. Born on June 8, 1928, Tillie was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Vinnie Miller Gravatt.On August 28, 1948, Tillie married Donald M. Rugh, who preceded her in death. Tillie was a Rocky Grove High School graduate. She was an administrative assistant at her husband's insurance agency, State Farm Insurance. At one time she worked for the FBI as a secretary, and she also worked as a clerk at Flickners Grocery Store.Tillie was an avid reader and loved to play cards and domino's. She enjoyed fishing in Florida. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Tillie is survived by her son, Donald L. Rugh and his wife, Donna, of Pittsburgh; her daughters, Linda L. Holtz of Franklin, and Sandy K. Hovis and her husband, Dan, of Franklin. She is also survived by her brothers, Fred (Fritz) Gravatt of Erie, and Jack Gravatt of Oil City; and her sisters, Joyce Mong, and Alice Schiffer and her husband, Joe, all of Franklin.She is additionally survived by her grandchildren: Jamie Holtz, Jodi Hovis-Skiba and her husband, Brian, Melissa Bean and her husband, Shawn, all of Franklin, and Allyson Weekley-Mogush and her husband, Chris, of Pittsburgh; and 6 great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband, Tillie was preceded in death by her parents; her granddaughter, Brandi L. Holtz; and her brothers, William R. Gravatt and Clyde (Jumbo) Gravatt.As per the Mrs. Rugh's wishes there will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323.A memorial Service for Tillie will be held on Saturday, May 13th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Galloway United Methodist Church with Rev.
