Norma Paige Pratt, 81, of Franklin, passed away on Tuesday, September 15th at Sugarcreek Station in Franklin at 6:40 a.m.Born March 15, 1934, Norma was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Lowry Cummings. On May 24, 2008, Norma married her husband, Ralph Pratt, who survives. Norma attended the Atlantic Avenue United Brethren in Christ Church. In her spare time she enjoyed baking, cooking, and being a homemaker. She also enjoyed her "shopping."In addition to her husband, Norma is survived in death by her sons; Richard L. Gibbons, Jr. of Harrisburg and Charles R. Gibbons of Franklin; her twin brother, William Cummings, and his wife, Ruby, of Franklin; and her sister, Virginia Brown of Cannonsburg. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Matthew R. Gibbons of Florida; Jamie Lee Gibbons of North Carolina; and Steven Gibbons of South Carolina; as well her great-granddaughter, Giselle Gibbons of North Carolina.Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Richard L. Gibbons, Sr.; her sister, Rachel Hoover, and her brother-in-law, Harold L. Hoover.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, with Rev. Gary Small, pastor of the Atlantic Avenue United Brethren in Christ Church, officiating.
