Jack , Ginny & family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. When I think of Doris , my first thought is what a kind and gentle person she was. I remember when I would ask how she was doing ? She would say “You have to be good”. She is pain free now and resting well.
With Sincere Sympathy,
Karen (Burkhardt) Greksa
Dear Ginny, So sorry for your loss. Even though I didn’t know your mother-in-law, I know that you will have an empty place in your life now. As mentioned in her obituary, I am thankful that she will be “dancing in Heaven”. I pray that God will bring many good memories for you, your husband, and family to remembrance each time you think of her. Praying for you all.

I worked for the Visiting Nurses of Venango Co., as a therapist for over 35 yrs. Doris was one of my first patients. I was blessed to be able to work with her many times over the years. Despite the difficulties she had with arthritis, she was inspiring in her ability to maintain an upbeat attitude. She loved her dog, sending cards, and her faith in Jesus! I know she is enjoying her dance in Heaven!
The world has lost a truly angelic woman. She brought so much joy to the world. We will never forget her love of everyone she met. We will also miss those wonderful, thoughtful cards that she was so gracious to send to everyone. Although we had a great age difference, She was always a great friend. Heaven has truly gained a saint. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family in this great time of loss.
