Jeanne (Jean) Keith, 82, of Franklin, passed away at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14th at Oakwood Heights in Oil City.Born April 30, 1932 in Franklin, Jean was the daughter of the late Clarence and Eleanor Phenicie Ritchey. She was married to Virgil W. Keith who survives.Jean attended Seneca United Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin. She was a homemaker who enjoyed and cherished spending time with her family.In addition to her husband, Jean is survived by her sons, James Keith of Titusville, and Dave Hall and his wife, Robin, of Franklin; her daughter, Debbie Reagle of Franklin; and her step-son, Eugene Keith of California. She is also survived by her 4 brothers, Wayne Ritchey and his wife, Billie, of Cooperstown, Merle Ritchey and his wife, Anna, of Franklin, Fred Ritchey of Meadville, and Paul Ritchey and his wife, June, of Ohio; and her 5 sisters, Doris Ducasse of Stockton, CA, Betty Gordon and Pat Willyoung, both of Franklin, Janet Wilson and her husband, Ken, of Volcano, CA, and Mary Crawley of Jamestown, NY. Jean is additionally survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her son, Roland Heasley; her son-in-law, William Reagle; and her 2 sisters, Ruth Coffey and Nancy Ditzenberger.Services for Jean will be private and will be held at the convenience of her family.The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Jean's memory to the American Cancer Society, PA Division - PO Box 896, Hershey PA 17033-0896.To send cards, flowers, or on-line condolences, family and friends are invited to visit www.gardinierfuneralhome.com.
