Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. One of my favorite memories of my mother- in- law Mary took place when she lived with us for a time in Kentucky . She and and I would sit side by side in our recliners watching television. Mollie (my little
schnauzer dog) would always come up to my chair and look at me acting as though she wanted to sit with me. I would always say come Mollie and move over for her to jump up for her to sit with me, and every time she would then look at Mary and walk over to her chair, and jump up and sit with her. We would always laugh . I will always remember and cherish this happy moment we had together. Love from Bev

  2. Mary, was a lovely lady, enjoyed our many visits to each other homes. gotten to know Mary, and little man as i called him, very well. At times i can see him playing in his flowers, and the both of them sitting on the porch swing, holding hands, WILL miss you Mary, Love from Loretta

  3. She made an impression on me from the moment I met her. I knew she was strong. I also knew she loved her family. She often looked at Dale in a way only a mother who completely adored her son could. I immediately liked her. I had never seen someone handle dialysis the way she did, she was so very strong. She was the only person I had ever seen have dialysis in the morning and be ready to go shopping by evening! She did not want pity for her situation though, she just rolled with the punches. I will always remember her for her spunk. I will miss having her here, but I know without a doubt, I will see her again. She will be made new: no pain, no sorrow, and no tears. God Bless you and See you again someday soon. Love, Sherry T.

  5. Many happy memories as a child, my mom has passed some 44 years ago, but Mary and she were friends, I remember going to their house on Elm Street, and the times when they rented a cottage at Canadohta Lake and other fun thimgs we all did. So sorry for your loss, Dale and Sue, you were so lucky to have your mom for so long

  7. To the Crisman family,
I was very sorry to read about the passing of your mother and grandmother. My first memories of her go back more than fifty years, to when I was a little girl growing up in the Elm Street/Nesbit Street area of Rocky Grove. Over the years, I would always enjoy visiting with her and getting caught up on your family’s news whenever I would see her around town. Please know that my thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathy are with you now and in the difficult days that lie ahead.
    Sincerely,
    Rosalyn (Walker) Miller
