Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My deepest symphony to Jack’s entire family. Jack drove my bus during 1984-1989 he was the best bus driver in my high school years. I remember that Jack would let us bring water bottles (liquid dish soap bottles) the last week of school he was in on the fun the last day with us as well. He then drove my children from 2001-present with his smiling face. He will be greatly missed by everyone. He was a wonderful man I can only imagine what a wonderful he artful person he was as a family man. May you all find peace in knowing that he is in peace with god and will be with you always. May god be with you all.

  2. My acquaintance with Jack was short, but treasured. I always enjoyed visiting with him for a few moments when I delivered parts from Hovis Auto & Truck Supply. Jack will not be forgotten and will live on in the memories of those whose lives he touched. My sincere sympathies to the entire family.

  3. My earliest memory of Jack was on a hot summer day he was just beginning to walk, mom would put him outside to play with my sister and I, however he would not stay in the yard so mom tied him to the porch rail with a rope. He would cry so being the good sister I untied him… I can still see Mike Greenlee ( owner of the store on Main St ) diaper in one hand and Jack in his arms carrying him back threw the path between his store and granddads house where we lived. He was on Main St his diaper fell off… boy mom was not pleased we did not untie him again.. Growing up with Jack was quite the adventure, I have so many good and funny memories of my only brother. He was a good brother , a very good uncle to my daughter and son for that I will always have love in my heart for him..

  4. We Family Palmer know you all real well & pray for you all about Jack!–He is our good friends!
We always Care & love you all !

  5. Our sympathies go out to Jack’s family. Jack was our parents neighbor, he and Dottie watched over them like family. Dad looked forward to Jack’s poker nights which gave Dad enjoyment in his later years. Jack was a good friend and will be missed. Cooperstown has lost a good citizen and heaven has received a good spirited personality.
