Richard C. Romigh Richard C. Romigh, 61, of Georgetown Road, Franklin, passed away at 11:20 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2012, at UPMC Northwest in Seneca. Born June 4, 1951, in Pittsburgh, Richard was the son of the late Lee and Dorothy Strayer Romigh. He was married to the former Toni Ritchey and she survives. Richard worked in the food and beverage management industry for 30 years and was most recently employed by Venango County Children and Youth Services. In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by his step-son, Michael Gibson; his step-grandson, Jonathan Gibson, both of Richmond, Virginia; and his sister, Cyndee Kimmel of Enon Valley. Friends are invited to gather at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin on Friday, August 17, from 6 - 7 p.m, where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 :00 p.m. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Venango County Humane Society - PO Box 1045, Oil City PA 16301.
