Freda will be greatly missed by all, I am glad I had the pleasure to know and work with her for many years. I just wanted to say, With the blessings of God, may you find special comfort in the cherished memories you hold in your heart.
I’ve known Freda since I was a small child and was well-acquainted with her entire extended family. She was always soft-spoken and very demure with her mannerisms. What a shock to learn of her passing. She will be greatly missed by all those who had the chance of knowing her. God Bless the family.
Angie,
So sorry to hear about your loss. May your family find strenth in this time of need.

On behalf of the Oil City Class of 1960, I want to express our sympathy to the family of Freda.
Freda was one of the very quiet ones in our graduating class, but always friendly and helpful when she was asked something.
To Freda’s family,
You have our deepest sympathy in the passing of Freda. We remember her from Atlantic Avenue Church and the City of Oil City.
Bob and I are both sick or we would have passed our respects in person

Angie and David, your mother was an amazing person & such a fighter. I didn’t know her for a very long time, but I will always remember her as a wonderful lady. She was always smiling, whether we were stopping in at city hall to visit or dropping by the house. I will miss that warm welcome that your mother gave. Her laugh was the best, when she’d say “oh girls, what kind of trouble do I have to bail you out of today?”.
I hope that time heals your family and if you need anything, you know how to find me!
Love, Katie
Albert, David and Angie,
Our hearts are saddened at the news of your wife/mother’s passing. So many wonderful memories of the Atlantic Avenue UB Church and Freda was a part of those memories. She was a wonderful caring person and will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sparkling smile alighting your gorgeous brown eyes
A gentle manner of offering patient kind advice
Freda Fay my supervisor on the “Stubby Farm”
Ever understanding of accounting’s number charm
Your melodious voice and quick wit now in my heart
Mannerisms and pleasant demeanor you did impart
That forever from this day your memory will spark
In me a fleeting vision of heaven’s precious rare lark-

Dear Angie-May peace and hope and love surround your family in this difficult time. My prayers and sympathy are with you on the loss of your mother.
Freda and I shared many hours working side by side in the Treasurer’s Office. Her sweet presence and her magnificent mathematical skills will be sadly missed by the many whose lives she touched.
