Donald G. Dunlap Donald G. Dunlap, 54, of Saegertown, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Meadville Medical Center. Born October 13, 1957 in Franklin, Donald was the son of the late Clarence and Jessie O. Beatty Dunlap. He worked at the Venango Training Center. He liked to work on model cars and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved animals. Donald is survived by his brothers, Michael D. Dunlap of Oil City, Larry F. Dunlap and his wife, Naomi of Loomis, California, Steven G. Dunlap of Emlenton, and Dennis L. Dunlap of Washington, D.C. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Angie Dunlap of Oil City, Steven Dunlap of Pittsburgh, and Larry Dunlap, Jr. of Franklin. A Memorial Service for Donald will be held at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Gary Small, pastor of Atlantic Avenue United Brethren in Christ Church. Interment will be in Cooperstown Cemetery. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Venango County Humane Society, PO Box 1045, Oil City PA 16301.
