Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Judy, just received word of Chuck’s passing. Chuck and my husband were second cousins. I remember we had such a nice time when you brought his Mom and Dad out to our house in IN many years ago.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy in your loss. You and your sons and families will be in our prayers.

  2. Brian & Brad,

I remember you dad always with a smile on his face. I pray that you and your families have comfort and peace during this time.

    Bonnie

  3. I first met Chuck, Jan 15, l968 the day after Brian was and the day my son, Christopher was born. I was privileged to wait on him at Pennbank/First National for many years. While I never got any hugs, I sure did get a lot of smiles from him, he was always upbeat and friendly, he was a “people person” and enjoyed his family. Did he ever get rid of the “bank envelope” he had for so many years? Our prayers are with you, The Frank L. Dean Family

  4. Brian and family, During this tremendously sad time, may you and your family somehow see God’s grace. You are, and will continue to be in our family’s prayers.

  5. We are in Florida for the winter and just saw on the internet that Chuck had passed away. We are so sorry for your loss. I am retired from First National Bank and always enjoyed waiting on Chuck. He was always so cheerful and friendly. All the tellers liked him! He was a part of Franklin History!

  9. Chuck was my cousin, but seemed more like a brother to me. John and I were so happy to have Chuck and Judy visit us in Oklahoma last Sept..even though at the time we didn’t know it would be the last time we would see him. I will miss his frequent phone calls and his upbeat attitude about all of his medical problems over the past 10 years. Judy, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  10. Judy, Brian, and Brad, Unfortunatly i wasn’t able to attend the services for Chuck but would like to extend my condolences to all of you for your loss, It’s a loss to all who knew Chuck, Chuck had a major hand in raising me. I went to grade school, church, and high school and graduated with Brad as well as being my neighbor. Chuck would always take us fishing or hunting or teach us some woodworking skills. I cant express how much respect I have for Chuck Myers. He was a honest, fun, and caring man who I will miss. Judy if you ever need anything please dont hesitate to call as I am still just a hop, skip, and jump away.

  11. Judy & family and Pat,

  14. Heaven will be a brighter place now that Chuck is there, wonder if they wear shoes in Heaven ? Chuck was so helpful & cheerful to his customers, whether they were regulars or new comers. I use to enjoy going into the store & looking for shoes to fit me & talk to him. May the good Lord watch over your family at this time of loss.
