Joyce Louise Fellner, 74, of Grove City, passed away on Monday, September 30th, 2013 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh following a lengthy illness. Born March 26, 1939 in Franklin, Joyce was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary Engles Wolfe. She was a homemaker most of her life and was an avid Steelers fan. Joyce was a member of the West Unity Community Church, and enjoyed watching QVC, soap operas, and making ceramics. Joyce is survived by her son, John F. Sloss of Clintonville, and his fiancee, Wendy Fisher; her brothers, Stephen L. Engles and his wife, Linda, of Clintonville, and Andrew Engles of Franklin; and her sisters, Wanda Semple and her husband, Bill, of Harrisville, and Cindy Hammer and her husband, Mike, of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hope Dye and her husband, Chris, of Grove City, and John Sloss, Jr. of Harrisville; her great-grandchildren, Baylee, Mackenzee and Addyson Dye; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sisters, Dixie Clark and Mary Lou Fife; her brother, James Wolfe; an infant brother; her nephew, Richard Semple; and her great-nephew, Heath ONeil. Family and friends of Joyce will be received at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Thursday, October 3 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, October 4 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Boyd Smith, pastor of West Unity Community Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Cemetery.
